Based on the times of shifting paradigms we are all asked at some point to accept change as a constant. It is through the experience of change that the diamond is forged, the diamond of surrender.

It is not a surrender steeped in loss but a surrender of acceptance. A surrender that allows for opportunity and grace, a surrender that is supported by the divine. Allowing our ego to be free of constraint and control is the gift of compassion we can offer ourselves and our fellow travelers along the journey of this life.

The journey now and up around the bend is truly the journey along the pathway of conscionable surrender.

Keith was recently a guest on SQR.fm’s “Living Proof Nutrition” radio show, where he spoke with host Tammra Broughton about the project.

Recently, the writer and polymath Ken Wilbur brought the amazing life and work of Mahendra Trivedi to my attention. Trivedi (also known as Guruji), founder of Trivedi Foundation, an emerging world leader and pioneer of ushering in the next evolutionary leap for humanity through a new science by integrating science, divinity and consciousness.

Guruji’s capacity to conduct and transmit universal spiritual energy (or “shakti”) is utterly remarkable, as proven by numerous scientific experiments.

Ken Wilbur writes:

This is a short account of what appears to be the emergence of a new form of Life Energy. This Energy is presently being transmitted by an individual affectionately known as Guruji, in a process he calls “blessing.” The results of this transfer are rather remarkable, as demonstrated by empirical testing on items such as plant growth and human health.

My understanding of this Life Energy and the process of “blessing” is that, as many theorists have already noted, we seem to have entered a new evolutionary epoch on Earth and in humankind’s history. There have been important major transformations in the past-including foraging (with an archaic worldview), horticultural (with a magic worldview), agrarian (with a mythic worldview), industrial (with a modern worldview), and informational (with a postmodern worldview).

Several of us have been predicting for some time that a significant new transformation is beginning on Earth at this time. Various psychological tests and sociological indications tend to show that there is the beginning emergence of a new type of consciousness. It’s been referred to as integrative or integral or truly holistic. According to Integral Theory, every state or type of consciousness is accompanied by a specific type of energy (gross physical energy, subtle bioenergy, causal spiritual energy), and so the emergence of this new consciousness should be accompanied by a new degree of energy along that spectrum.

This is in accord with Guruji’s own account. According to him, the Earth has entered a new Energy Field, which completely surrounds the earth and all its inhabitants, an Energy that is occurring at a significantly higher frequency than the previous Earth energy. All life forms on this planet are therefore, at this time, “out of sync” with this New Energy. Guruji’s “blessing” transmission acts to recalibrate the individual (or plant or animal or whatever is blessed) with this New (and spiritual) Energy, and this results in numerous benefits, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. In other words, it might be that the Energy that Guruji is working with is the energetic support or correlate of this new Integral transformation. And that’s really pretty extraordinary. It’s pretty amazing that that might be happening.

I encourage you to dig deep into Trivedi’s work. It is a manifestation of Light and the Divine.

Filmmaker and Awakening As One co-creator Keith Wyatt has produced a video update to his Prophecy film. This update is called “The Definition” and is what Keith calls an “addendum” to the trilogy.

According to the Mayans September 23rd, 2010 marks our entrance into a new period of the prophecies known as “The Definition”, which will continue until December 21, 2012.

I’d like to share a horoscope I read recently, that contains an important message for all of us.

“A feeling of love may wash over you today as you effortlessly recognize the divinity in others, as well as in yourself. This will allow you to feel the peace of unconditional acceptance in all of your interactions and partnerships. Others will respond positively to the way you greet and address them when you approach them from this perspective. It can color every meeting with peace, every conversation with trust, and every discussion with openness, making negotiations flow more smoothly and removing tension from normally uncomfortable exchanges. Look into the eyes of all people you meet today, and see the spark of divine spirit burning within them.

As we notice the difference this approach makes in all of the interactions and relationships we have throughout the day˜from the gas station attendant to our nearest and dearest˜we can make a conscious effort to carry this feeling into every exchange, every day. We are reminded not to take it personally when someone reacts from a less positive place, and this allows us to share the peace we feel with them. As we remember, we remind others, and the wonderful consciousness of acceptance spreads. When we take the time to see the divinity in others today and every day, we cannot help but feel loving. As we share that energy with others, it can expand to make every step of life a joy for each of us. “

In the morning remember it is a new day, a new beginning.

Have a decision deep in your heart that:

“Today I am not going to waste this opportunity. Enough is enough! Today I am going to be aware, today I am going to be alert, today I am going to devote as much energy as possible to the single cause, the cause of meditation. I will meditate in all my acts. I will do all the activities, the usual day-to-day activities, but with a new quality: I will bring the quality of awareness to them.”

I came across a nice essay this morning on Daily Om that highlights an essential pathway in the Light Transitions framework.

“The more we accept our darkness as one part of the picture, the more easily we can also allow and accept our light.

When things go wrong, it is easy to get into a bad mood, and that bad mood has a way of spiraling out and affecting our life for days to come. In the same way, when we feel badly about ourselves, we tend to act in ways that have repercussions, again creating a negative vibe that can negatively influence the next several days. While it is important that we allow ourselves to feel what we feel, and to be genuine, we do not have to completely surrender to a dark mood or feelings of self-doubt. In fact, the more we simply allow and accept our darkness as one part of the picture, the more easily we can also allow and accept our light. In this vein, we can temper our grey moods with an injection of sunshine in the form of sending good wishes to ourselves for the next 24 hours.

If you feel a bad mood coming on or find yourself plagued with negative feelings, take a moment to acknowledge that. At the same time, recognize that things can and will change, and that you can still have a good day, or a good week, especially if you take the time to visualize that for yourself. This is a great way to support yourself when you are working through tough times and hard feelings. When you visualize good things for yourself, you are sending yourself love and warmth, as well as encouraging yourself to keep going.

Before you even get out of bed in the morning, you can take the time to send good wishes to yourself all the way through to the next morning. As you picture your day, take the time to fill in the details˜where you are going, who you will see, what you will do˜and send love and good wishes ahead to yourself, as well as everyone you encounter. It will be like arriving in a new place and finding that an old friend has sent a bouquet of flowers from back home to welcome you and remind you that you are loved. “
